The Final Word

In summary, I tried to find as many problems with these cards as I could, but they have proved themselves to be wonderfully implemented, obviously well thought out, and refined.  If you are thinking of upgrading your hardware, you owe it to yourself to look at these cards.  If you are a real power user, and/or have a large investment in hardware I suggest looking at Newer's 400 MHz version.  You probably already have investments in faster hard drives, and large amounts of memory that when combined with Newer's card will give you performance on par with the new G3/400's from Apple for a much smaller investment.  In addition, you will have less to worry about with compatibility than with upgrade cards from other manufacturers.   For more casual users with currently slower systems, the 333, and 366 should really surprise you with their performance especially if you are currently using a 7500 with the older PowerPC 601 chip.  You will be able to achieve similar CPU performance to that in this review and thus will see a much greater total increase in performance percentage-wise than I did with the much faster 9600/300.  In fact, I am so confident in these cards that when my father (not the most technically proficient when it comes to computers, and yet highly skeptical) recently contacted me about upgrading his 9600/233 setup, I told him to order the 400 MHz card which should greatly reduce the amount of time he spends waiting.  He ordered it a couple of days ago, and he is going to love it.
