Intel OEM CPU Price List (Mar. 29th) including Nehalem models
I came across this link to a PDF of Intel Processor Pricing (1Ku tray) - Mar. 29th, 2009. The new ("Nehalem") 5500 and 3500 series CPUs are on the last page, but here's the pricing for them. (Price each for 1000 unit tray to direct customers - retail boxed are usually a bit higher.)

2009 Mac Pro Ram upgrades (up to 16GB for quad core/32GB for 8-core)
We all wonded why Apple limited the single cpu/quad core 2009 Mac Pro to 8GB (as if 4GB dimms were not supported - but even Core i7's supported 4GB dimms).     Skype for iPhone released
    I've not tried it personally but as promised, Skype (v1.0.1) for iPhone is now at the itunes app store. Some user problem reports there (issues with pre-3G iPhone?). Wired has a related article this morning titled Ears-On With Skype for iPhone that has some reader replies as well. PCW also posted their First Look at Skype for the iPhone.

    iWeb/MobileMe publishing problems (again)
    I don't use iWeb (or publish to mobileme) but I've had a several readers say since applying last week's iLife 09 updates (including iWeb 3.0.1) they could no longer publish to MobileMe. One reader called Apple support about it and was (eventually) told "We seem to have a bug that some users are experiencing that keeps them from publishing and causes program errors."
    However this may be (another) case of server side problems at Apple, as some later said it was working again. (Although some have had problems on and off since.) Apple's iWeb discussion forums has several threads on the subject.
