" This seems to have worked. I changed my streaming speed in my iChat prefs first in had 2 buddies do the same. Restarted iChat and it almost worked but still no dice. (I then also changed my QuickTime pref pane in system prefs but I did not have my 2 buddies do that.) Once we all restarted our entire systems, we were each all able to initiate & host a multi-person chat.

I'd forgotten how pretty a multi-person chat looked. Once we were multi-chat enabled, I also noticed there was once again an echo behind the camera icons of my iSight buddies in my buddy list. Hope this can help others. Thanks for the assistance.
