This update addresses issues with the check in/check out process for Final Cut Pro projects, fixes issues with double-byte character sets, and improves the general reliability of the software.
It is recommended for all Final Cut Server 1.0 users.

• Some had not installed the previous Mac Office 2008 SP1/12.1.0 update (required for 12.1.1 per MS)
• Updater refuses to install if the Microsoft Office 2008 folder has been renamed (don't rename or move it)
• Updater refused to install for those that had removed extra language files (via Monolingual, Macaroni, Tinkertool, etc.)
• Uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2008 usually solves the problem
  (after reinstalling, apply previous updates like 12.1.0/SP1, then apply 12.1.1)
