Bill's Guide to Overhauling a PowerMac G5 Delphi Liquid Cooling System
This morning I finally finished converting Bill's expanded guide to overhauling/repairing his Dual 2.7GHz Delphi LCS. Due to the number of images (51), it's 6 pages long. The last page includes his re-inspection for evidence of any leaks since the original fall 2009 repairs.
(As thanks for his work I've offered to send him either a 2GB RAM upgrade (2x1GB modules), a 1TB SATA HD or some other upgrade for his G5.)

Follow-up on 2009 Mac Pro/eSATA/Bootcamp boot problems (bootrom differences the cause?)
Just a follow-up on the issue of booting to windows/BC volumes with eSATA cards in 2009 Mac Pros. In yesterday's page I mentioned my 2009 Mac Pro (shipped in spring 2009, no problems booting to BC volumes) has bootrom MP41.0081.B07, the reader with the problem (can't boot to BC/windows volumes with any of 4 eSATA cards installed) has bootrom v MP41.0081.B08. I wasn't sure that would matter (apple doesn't document changes like that in builds over time unfortunately) but he wrote today that after seeing that he had someone else in the office w/B07 bootrom test with one of this eSATA cards and they had no problems booting to BC/Windows volumes. (I'll add his notes on that to the page on the next update. Late Friday also recd details from the other Mac Pro owner that reported this problem appx 25% of the time. He has bootrom B07 btw.)
